My excuse is that it wasn't a detox-type spa weekend we were on when we escaped for The Guy's birthday. Really it was more of a massage-and-paint-the-toenails relaxation spa.
This lobster and crab cocktail at The Red Parrot in Newport Rhode Island is low-cal and fresh and we ate it with a Guatamala Fresca Salad that was dressed simply in lime juice. That's healthy, no?
Of course when you are in New England you have to eat lobster. I believe it's the law. So we rounded the meal out by sharing (see, we were being good) Lobster! Lobster! Pizza! Pizza! And it was good.
