Mighty nice of you to show us more pictures. Quite a collection of styles. I like the lived in look better than posed pictures.
What is the story on the house with the front facing Dutch parapeted gable with blue doors and shutters?
Terry: this house was once one of a number of staff cottages for the Gold Coast estate (long gone). Just behind it is the former gardener's cottage that was extended and remodeled to become a Tuscan-style villa. There is another, much larger, gatehouse to the former Ferguson Castle in the village too.
